Major Vietnamese bank signs with Temenos for digital wealth management services

It will be the first local bank to market differentiated services for high net worth individuals.

Vietnam’s Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB), one of Vietnam’s top five commercial stock banks, has selected banking software company Temenos to power the bank’s digital wealth management services, an announcement revealed.

Using the Swiss company’s digital banking product Temenos Wealth Infinity, MB will be the first to market differentiated services for mass affluent, high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals in Vietnam, Temenos added in a press release.

Temenos’ AI-powered technology will allow MB to optimise manual processes, centralise the bank’s data, and provide a 360-degree customer view for customers.

The implementation will be supported by Temenos’ partner, Syncordis.

MB has been a customer of Temenos since 2010, when the bank deployed the company’s Temenos Transact solution to handle increasing transaction volumes and support its growth.
