DBS Board to meet in Taiwan for the first time

The meeting will bring together nearly 30 DBS board directors and top executives from key Asian markets.

DBS Group Holdings announced that it will be holding its board meeting in Taiwan this year, “in a move that underscores the importance of the market to the bank.”

According to the announcement, DBS Bank (Taiwan) delivered a strong performance this year with net earnings before tax of NTD 1.23 billion as of 31 July 2012, up 64% from the same period last year.
