UOB transforms HR services with Workday’s Human Capital Management

Enhanced data analytics enables UOB to make improved real-time HR decisions.

UOB has deployed cloud service provider Workday’s Human Capital Management (HCM) as part of the bank’s HR transformation across 14 markets, according to a press release.

With Workday Expenses, UOB employees now have access to simplified expense reporting, which is expected to save time spent on claims and reimbursements.

The enhanced data quality and analytics will also allow UOB to make real-time, data-driven decisions across the complete HR process, from onboarding to offboarding, according to the press release.

UOB is now using Workday HCM, Workday Expenses and Workday Time Tracking across 14 key markets, including Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, and the United States. There are also plans to expand the use of these solutions to five additional markets in ASEAN, including Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand in 2023.
