Russian bank considers yuan-denominated bond issuance in Hong Kong
A Russian bank is considering its first issuance of yuan-denominated bonds in Hong Kong.
Vladimir Dmitriev, head of Russia's State Corporation Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs, said that China has expressed support for the issuance plan.
