Highlighting micro-lending feature

Within the collaboration of fintech company FCCOM, TNEX is launching its micro-lending feature that allows TNEX customers to register for personal consumer loans. With the desire to provide customers with proactive and timely financial support to realise their plans, the bank believes this is useful for its target customers.

The online registration process for the micro-lending feature is streamlined and can be completed anytime, anywhere. The disbursement of funds is also prompt, ensuring that the clients receive the financial support they require in a timely fashion. There is also no collateral required to receive the loan, and the bank’s interest rates are highly competitive and attractive – ensuring that customers receive optimal value for their borrowing needs.

TNEX’s success in providing seamless and secure services with zero transaction fees, as well as its micro-lending feature, was recognised by the ABF Retail Banking Awards as the bank bagged the Virtual Bank of the Year - Vietnam and the Consumer Finance Product of the Year - Vietnam awards.
